FunCity Courts Policies & Procedures
Please check in at the ticket/check in office upon arrival
- No alcohol allowed inside of the Courts
- Please keep food and beverage off of playing surfaces
- Marking, taping or painting on the floor must be approved by staff
- No seeds, peanuts or gum allowed
- No weapons or firearms permitted on the property
- No smoking/vaping or tobacco products permitted inside of the property
- No wagons or coolers
- No music
- No hanging on the rims
- Bleachers and chairs must stay off playing surfaces
- No pets allowed. Service animals allowed, provided they are clearly marked as such
- Unruly or unsportsmanlike behavior by participants, coaches or spectators may lead to ejection from the facility. Coaches are responsible for their team’s behavior
- Assumption of risk: All participants, spectators and coaches assume all risk and responsibility for loss, costs, damage or injury and assume the risk inherent with the facility
- Failure to follow any policies may result in ejection from the facility To ensure the safety of guests, all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Children aged 16-18 who are not accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 must vacate the premises by 8pm
- Lost & Found – The Courts is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property
